Gang Sheet Sizes:

All gang sheets should be created at actual size with a minimum of 1/4" spacing between individual designs.

You can repeat the same design or mix different designs on the same sheet, as long as everything fits within the printable area and maintains the required spacing.

Artwork Requirements:

• Design at the exact finished size
• Use a transparent background
• Keep all artwork inside the gang sheet boundaries
• Maintain at least 1/8" between designs
• Do not overlap artwork
• Submit the gang sheet at actual size
• High-resolution artwork (300 dpi) is recommended
• PNG files are preferred.

Please remove any template outlines, guides, labels, or instructional text before submitting your final artwork unless those elements are intended to be printed.

If you prefer not to build your own gang sheet, choose one of our pre-sized transfer options. The quantity shown for each sheet size is the number of that design we can produce while maintaining our standard production spacing.

How to Order:

1. Set Up Your Canvas: Create a design canvas in your software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) that is exactly 11.75 inches wide and your desired length (up to 26 inches).
2. Arrange Your Artwork: Fit as many logos or designs as you want inside that box. Leave at least a 0.25-inch gap between items so they can be cut apart without damaging them.
3. Save Your File: Export your file as a 300 DPI Transparent PNG.
   1. This is vitally important to allow for the highest quality product.
4. Select Length & Upload: Choose your total sheet length from the product page, then upload your file, and add your next product or checkout!

File Requirements:

• Background: Must be 100% transparent (No white backgrounds allowed unless you want white printed as a block).
• Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for crisp text and details.
• Color Profile: CMYK preferred but not necessary.
• Note: We print your file EXACTLY as it is uploaded. We do not resize, edit, or remove backgrounds.

3 Simple Steps to Build Your Sheet:

1. Click the "Design Your Sheet" Button
   • This opens our live designer layout. The width is locked at 11.75 inches, and the grid represents your print space.
2. Upload & Arrange Your Art
   • Upload your logos, text, or graphics.
   • Drag, drop, and resize them on the screen.
   • Watch the Length Counter: As you add graphics downward, the builder will automatically track the exact height of your sheet (up to 26 inches max).
3. Confirm & Checkout
   • Check the built-in Quality Meter to ensure your graphics are high resolution (300 DPI).
   • Leave a small gap between images so you can cut them apart easily.
   • Click Confirm/Save Design, and your completed sheet will automatically be attached to your checkout cart!

Important Layout Rules:

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their files are correct, formatted properly, and ready for printing. We're not liable for issues arising from incorrect file properties. All efforts will be made to get the best possible results. By submitting your files, you agree that they meet the size and formatting requirements and accept responsibility for the outcome, including automated adjustments.

• Backgrounds: Ensure your files have 100% transparent backgrounds. The printer backing will automatically apply white ink behind your colors.

• Overlap: Do not let your images overlap on the screen unless you want them printed that way.

• We Print As-Is: We download your file and prepare it for printing. We do not edit, adjust, or crop your files after you submit them. If there's something we feel needs to be addressed, we will reach out to the customer via the order details. Make sure your contact information is up to date.

Artwork and Copyright Infringement:

We will not print any images or artwork that infringe upon the copyright or trademark of another individual or company, including logos, branding, or designs. Customers must provide proof of ownership or written permission to use any artwork submitted for printing. If proof is not provided, we reserve the right to decline the order. If copyrighted material is detected, we will contact you directly to address the issue and determine the next steps.

Application & Care

Compatible Surfaces

UV DTF transfers adhere best to smooth, non-porous hard surfaces: glass, powder-coated metal, acrylic, painted wood, and rigid plastic. Textured, flexible, or fabric surfaces are not recommended — adhesion will vary and is not guaranteed.

How to Apply

1. Clean the surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher) and allow it to dry completely. Any oils, dust, or residue will reduce adhesion.
2. Peel slowly and carefully. Hold the transfer film at a low angle and peel back gradually — pulling at a steep angle or too quickly can cause the design to lift or tear. If the design starts to pull away from the film, press it back down and re-peel more slowly.
3. Position the transfer on the surface before pressing. UV DTF transfers adhere on contact, so placement accuracy matters.
4. Press firmly from the center outward using a squeegee, credit card, or your fingernail, ensuring full contact with no air bubbles.
5. Allow to cure undisturbed for a minimum of 24 hours before exposing to moisture or handling.

Heat & Environment

UV DTF transfers are not heat-press compatible and should not be exposed to sustained high heat (above approximately 140°F / 60°C). Keep finished items away from dishwasher heat cycles, prolonged direct sunlight, and open flame.

Dishwasher & Moisture Resistance

UV DTF transfers are not recommended for dishwasher use. The combination of heat, steam, and agitation in dishwasher cycles can cause lifting, peeling, or fading regardless of surface type. For items that will be washed regularly, hand-wash gently with mild soap and cool water, and avoid soaking or scrubbing the decorated area.

Longevity Tips

• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads on the transfer area.
• Store unused transfer sheets flat, away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Adhesion and durability depend on proper surface preparation — results on improperly cleaned or incompatible surfaces are not guaranteed.
